Health Information
Please remember that ALL over-the-counter, or non-prescription medication MUST be brought to school in the original container, and a Medication Release Form (see below) must be completed for medication to be given at school. Please remember that students cannot transport any medication to or from school. This includes over-the-counter remedies as well as prescriptions. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the building nurse below:
