How to Enroll a New Student in Maconaquah Schools

Please follow the steps below to enroll your student

Enrollment is not final until the completed forms and additional residency and custody paperwork (if applicable) are provided to the school's front office. Only a parent or legal guardian may enroll a student.

**The following process is only applicable for students who will be considered new (This is considered new to the district, foreign exchange students, only if this is the first time you are enrolling at Maconaquah) to Maconaquah Schools. If your child(ren) is/are currently attending Maconaquah Schools, you will go to the Returning Student Registration Box below for the current/upcoming school year. **

**If you have an Out of District/Transfer Student you will need to fill out the Transfer Application. That form and more information can be found at this link: Transfer Application and Information **

STEP 1:

You will go to this link: New Student Registration, in order to begin the enrollment process.

• For this step you will need a few, simple things: An email address and phone number.

From here the application will be sent off to get a temporary account so move forward. 

STEP 2:

You will then receive an email from [email protected] with a login and a password (6-digit number).

• In this email, you will get a link to complete the enrollment process that you will click on.

STEP 3:

Once you sign in you will be taken to a form. Fill out anything that has an * (These are the required fields for the form). 

• **If you are registering for next year make sure that you click the bubble to register for "Next School Year" and the checkbox for "First Day of School".

Fill out all of this information for the Application Form and when you are all done with Step 5, you will hit "Submit Application to the District".

How to Enroll a Returning Student

Please follow the steps below to enroll your student

Enrollment is not final until the completed forms and additional residency and custody paperwork (if applicable) are provided to the school's front office. Only a parent or legal guardian may enroll a student.

*The following process is only applicable for students who will be considered returning (were enrolled here at the end of the previous school year and are enrolling again in the current school year. This also applies to approved Out of District students) to Maconaquah Schools. If your child(ren) is/are new to the district, foreign exchange students, or are registering at Maconaquah for the very first time you will go to the New Student Registration Box above.*

**If you have an Out of District/Transfer Student you will need to fill out the Transfer Application. That form and more information can be found at this link: Transfer Application and Information **

STEP 1:

You will go to this link: Returning Student Registration, in order to begin the enrollment process.

• For this step, you will need your login information (For your username it should be your email address or firstname.lastname and for your password it would be something that you set).
• *If you can't remember your password after trying to log in please contact (765) 689-9131 ext. 5999 for help resetting your password.*

STEP 2:

Once you are signed into Skyward you should see an option that you want to click on the right-hand side of the screen that says, "Open Family Access". 

From here you should see your student's name(s) that you can click on to begin enrollment (If you have multiple students you will need to do this for each one).

• If you do not see your student's name(s) in the middle of the screen, on the left-hand side you will see a bar and an option that says "Online Registration". Check for your student(s) there. 

STEP 3:

Once you have chosen a student you will fill out the enrollment form (This is the same form that would've been filled out in previous years but with updated information/dates and it lets us know if any information has changed).
