The main phone lines are back online. We will let you know if there are any further issues but as of now, the phones are working as they should.
Update from our Phone Provider:
ENA had a cut on one of our large backbone circuits that caused traffic to re-route over other links which became saturated. This caused voice quality and internet latency issues to many of our customers. Our network engineering and architecture teams made routing changes to alleviate the latency issues. You should now see better voice quality on your phones but please let us know if you are still having issues.
We will continue to coordinate with field teams on restoration of the fiber circuit and will provide updates, including ETR, as they become available
